Who wrote the lilo patch ?

I'd really like to be able to use lilo since it's much more convenient
than grub to install in particular when you must prepare dozen of disk
on chips ... so I'm willing to try to dig in the code to find out myself
what's wrong if possible but for that I need at least the complete
sources.
