Sources for JFFS2 - NAND Flash layer

[Studying MTD]

Hello all,

If possible, Please let me know the name of source
files for each layer (in reference with DOC2000 and/or
another NAND flash device):-

1. JFFS2: filesystem driver 
2. MTD: Memory Technology Devices driver 
3. NAND: generic NAND driver 
4. Hardware specific driver
