cant boot,doc-lilo hangs!!!

i m using a DOC-2000 chip(capacity 16 MB)

i m trying to boot from that DOC using LINUX-7.1 but
since drivers are suitable with 6.2,i m using an old
kernel i.e 2.2.10
evrything is fine,my kernel identifies DOC chip,i can
read/write from it,doc-lilo runs fine
but the problem is when i try to boot from DOC
doc-lilo hangs at lilo prompt giving
dLI
i have installed DOC firmware using the tools provided
on ur site
i m putting DOC51.exb on BIOS,wat could b the problem?
i have downloded latest version of DOC drivers from ur
site
plz advise
