CVS commit notification.

Now that I've given direct CVS access to a handful of developers, I've set up 
CVS to automatically mail me the log message and a list of affected files for 
each CVS commit.

If anyone else wants to receive wants to receive these mails, let me know and 
I can add you to the list. Alternatively, I could just have it send them to
this mailing list, if people want.
