[QUESTION] what kind of support does MT6797 has?

Hi,

I have an old Redmi note 4X phone with an MT6797 soc, unfortunately the 
vendor hasn't released a kernel for that device.

Now I'm thinking of running Linux on it (postmarketos) using mainline 
kernel, so I want to know if i was able to build a device tree for my 
device for the mainline kernel what kind of support can i expect ?

only simplefb ?

does pmic, usb work ?

wifi support ?
