Yes, we are expecting more PHY drivers for ASPEED.
This is the first ASPEED PHY driver, and additional ASPEED-specific
PHY drivers will be submitted later, so having a dedicated
drivers/phy/aspeed/ directory is intentional.

Thanks for pointing this out.
