[GIT PULL] TI K3 SoC config changes for v5.9

Hello ARM SoC maintainers,

Here are couple of config changes for TI K3 SoCs. These are right now 
needed for booting the AM65x board from an SD card, but the chipid 
driver is going to be used more extensively going forward also. It 
basically allows detecting the silicon type/revision of the chip on the 
board.
