[PATCH/RFT] ARM: dts: porter: Enable UHS-I SDR-50 and SDR-104

Add the "1v8" pinctrl state and sd-uhs-sdr50 property to SDHI{0,2}.
And the sd-uhs-sdr104 property to SDHI0.

Testing failed:
- SDHI0: mmc0: error -110 whilst initialising SD card
- It is unclear if this is something to do with my hardware/firmware
environment or software problem.
