This patch should leave pause in. kvm_arch_vcpu_ioctl_set_mpstate still
references it, compilation is broken until the next patch comes.

Leaving pause in would allow this to already be

which feels better. The function name is vcpu_pause, so it's nice
to see state named 'pause' in there.
