[PATCH v2] ARM: dts: sunxi: Add regulators for LeMaker BananaPi

sun7i-a20-bananapi.dts doesn't contain regulator nodes for the AXP209 PMU
driver, so add them to allow for voltage-scaling with cpufreq-dt.
