Yes, my bad :)
ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB selects GPIOLIB.
ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB make GPIOLIB user selectable, so, in any
case you need to add ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB only.
