[PATCH] arm: socfpga: Fix incorrect sdmmc clock name

The SD/MMC clock is named "sdmmc_clk", and NOT "mmc_clk". Because of this,
the SD driver was getting the incorrect clock value. This prevented the
SD driver from initializing correctly.
