Why? COMMON_CLK will be selected if ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM is enabled. Why

On v3.12-rcx, of_clk_init() must be called by platform driver. Now v3.13-rcx
doesn't announce yet. This function will be removed in additional patch, not
in this patch.
