By the way, the problem might not be marvell-related since the irq
number is given by :
> irq_of_parse_and_map(dn, 0);
I enabled debug output in drivers/of/irq.c and it reads :

> intsize=1 intlen=1
> of_irq_map_raw: par=/interrupt-controller at d0020000,intspec=[0x00000008

I'll continue digging into this once the headache I got while reading
the code is gone ;-)
