[PATCH] mtd: atmel_nand: use the new ONFI parameters, ecc_strength_ds & ecc_step_ds

commit d99650181 (mtd: get the ECC info from the parameter page for ONFI nand)
will get ecc_strength_ds and ecc_step_ds during ONFI detecting.
So we can use them directly and remove our own get_onfi_ecc_param function.
