I find mxs_reset_block is defined in platform code. It breaks multi-soc
in one image.

I'm also thinking how to add the hack. Great work.
and, maybe it can be PHY_EVENT_CONNECT and PHY_EVENT_DISCONNECT rather
not void* ? It makes loose binding of phy and usb driver.
