[PATCH] ARM: kprobes: run t32_simulate_ldr_literal() without insn slot

[Rabin Vincent]

t32_simulate_ldr_literal() can be run without an instruction slot, so it
should be using DECODE_SIMULATEX instead of DECODE_EMULATEX.
