[GIT PULL] samsung devel-rtc for v3.4

Hi Arnd, Olof again :)

Please pull samsung rtc developing which has been missed to upstream.
I rebased it Olof said and there is no conflicts with
arm-soc/depends/rmk/for-armsoc.
