[PATCH v5] ARM: mxs: Add initial support for Bluegiga APX4 Development Kit

Added initial support for APX4 Development Kit with RTC, LED, Ethernet,
Audio, SDIO, I2C, DUART and AUART support.

Hello Shawn,

This updated version of apx4devkit board support patch. Patch depends
on your mx23/mx28 soc detect code.

Patch is based on v3.3-rc1

changes since v4:
* added mxs_restart hook
* added saif platform data
