[PATCH] ARM: EXYNOS4: Fix wrong constants in the hotplug assembly code.

This patch fixes wrong constants in the hotplug assembly code for
Exynos4 such as Russell's changing in vexpress hotplug and fixes
hard-coded control register constatns also.
