As background though, I don't think an "SDRAM-relative" approach would
be any more or less likely to get checked in; the size of the patch
would end up being just the same as my final "don't copy the kernel to
any load address" patch. Incidentally, the very first patch I posted
was for an "SDRAM-relative" load address, although it ended up being
far more complex than my final patch due to the way I implemented it;
a rewrite would come out much smaller.
