Isys-tech Xi3 supported?

I just picked up a newly released Xi3 from isys-tech (http://www.xi3.org/ )

It comes with SUSE installed but no reinstall image and no support and I'd rather run debian on it like I do on my SheevaPlug.

Does anyone know if the current ARM tree would have a version that would support this system?

If not I'd be happy to take a whack at adding support for it if I can figure out the proper place(s) to do it.  I have plenty of kernel experience having left Apple recently after 20+ years working on kernels there - I just don't have experience with the public linux kernel tree etc
