[PATCH v3 11/13] OMAP: DMA: Use DMA device attributes

Existing DMA API's are using cpu_*is_* checks for differentiating
omap1 and omap2plus code.
Replace cpu_*is_* checks with DMA device attributes and
also move API's which are OMAP1 and OMAP2plus specific into respective
mach-omap dma driver files.
