Hi,
as discussed in [1], here is step 2 - idle path errata fixes.
this is the next rev incorporating comments from V2 post
of this series.

Major change in V3:
	Erratas are now handled per silicon - it is much cleaner :)
	no more redundant cpu_is_omap34xx check anymore
	errata configure is __init as it should be
