I've now merged patch 1 to 13 and 15 into drm-misc-next. There was a 
conflict with the exynos tree, which I resolved.

Patch 14 first requires syncing with the amdgpu tree, which will happen 
in a few days. You don't have to do anything here. After that, 
simple_encoder_init will be gone.  Thanks for helping with this.
