libusbx v1.0.9-rc5 is now available

Once again from git [1] as well as a tarball [2].

The 3 latest commits do the following:
- Fix the 64 bit to 32 bit truncation warning on Darwin (with a check 
against UINT32_MAX) and a comment about libusb bug #117
- remove --enable-debug-log option from autogen.sh
- update NEWS

Also, this new archive was generated using make distcheck on a Linux 
platform with a recent version of libtool.
