RFC: remove --enable-debug-log from autogen.sh

My preference would be to keep it until we have toggleable logging 
enabled, but I don't exactly care. My beef was with not running 
configure at all in autogen.sh, which is what Segher proposed.

The configure options can be disabled or enabled at will when invoking 
autogen (.autogen.sh --enable-debug-log), so if a majority want to see 
--enable-debug-log removed, I have no objection.
