We will put a different skin on the wiki, preferably one that
already exists (i.e., less work for us).  Currently it is using
the "vector" skin, which is the only one in the default installation
of mediawiki that doesn't completely make my eyes bleed.

Any suggestions for a good skin?  There are hundreds around, do
pick one with a licence that allows us to tweak it if necessary
please.  Something simple and clean is my preference.
