Looks good, no compiler warnings under VS11 beta under
Windows 8 Consumer Preview. Also no warnings under
MinGW.org.

The VS solution does not build the dll by default. I am
wondering if we can change this behavior.

I think it is better to use zip for the Windows binary snapshot
since that is more universal available under Windows so that
end users do not need to install 7-zip.

There are different versions of dll. I am not so sure if this is
a good thing or not as I am not so sure if these dll are
interoperable (libusb-pbatard branch may have that feature).
Eeven if they are, we should have one set of official dll,
and I will say WDK build is the one to go as it is free
and should offer the best compatibility.

Hopefully the lib file for MinGW 32bit is good for both
MinGW.org and MinGW-w64 32bit but I am not 100%
sure about that. I do not use MinGW-w64 for 32bit
stuff since I still trust MinGW.org more.
