Great. I am getting tired of the VS2005 solution as well.

Also nice to integrate the OpenBSD patches from Peter.

I am not so sure what is your preference about
rebranding, I think the binary distribution (including
libusb.h, libusb-1.0.pc, dynamic/import library) should
not be changed to libusbx* for the 1.0.x series, at least
not for the near future. As for solution file etc, that
does not matter and you can change them within
the 1.0.x series.
