4 new commits in master

3 of those are ones that are in latest libusb (the VS variadics one 
having been simplified from Peter's approach of duplicating code) and 
the 4th one being the addon of VS2010 project files for Windows, as 
having to go through a VS2005 conversion every time is getting old, and 
there's a good chance we'll get quite a few people using VS2010 feeling 
that way as well.
The existing 2005 solution has been renamed libusb_2005.sln and the 
VS2010 one is libusb_2010.sln, which should be explicit enough.

Maybe at one stage we want to change the libusb_ prefix to libusbx_ 
(which only impacts the solution file, not the binary produced), but I'm 
planning to leav it as is for 1.0.10.
