An initial portal page has now been uploaded at http://libusbx.org.

As you will see it needs to be completed a little bit with regards to 
its content, so feel free to indicate what you'd like to see here, as 
well as any other elements that you think could be improved (bearing in 
mind that I am not a web developer).

All in all, along with the Overview, I'd say we probably want to limit 
the content to answering 3 or 4 of the main questions we anticipate 
people to have when coming to libusbx.org, but not much more. The page 
is intended as a portal, so the simpler and shorter we keep it, the 
better. I'd also like to avoid having data duplication with the Wiki as 
much as possible, as the latter is the actual location intended to be 
used as the main source of information for our users.

Also, unless someone has objections, I plan to add this html content 
(index.html + style.css + 3 images in an 'images/' subdir) to our git 
repo, most likely in an 'html/' subdir, which would of course NOT be 
exported in the release tarballs.

The goal here is two fold:
- it'll allow anybody who wants to improve on these pages or content to 
do so and send patches
- if we need to mention versions and/or automate content update (eg: 
update the latest version number every time there is a new release, 
update a download link), it'll allow us to automate that process.
