struct nl_addr definition on Ubuntu

Hi!
I can't find the definition of `struct nl_addr' anywhere on /usr/include on my 
Ubuntu 9.10 system. In the git tree it is in include/netlink-types.h .


My question is: is it a packaging mistake? Or is there a good reason for it 
not being there?


Note: I have all libnl* packages installed: libnl-dev, libnl-doc, libnl1, all 
version 1.1-5 .
