Hi,

the libnl-2.0.pc file currently lists only "-lnl" in the Libs section. Also the 
other libs don't have individual .pc files.

For the Debian package of the libnl2 snapshot I simply added 
	-lnl-route -lnl-nf -lnl-genl -lnl-cli
to the Libs statement for now - as users of this library also currently only 
include the libnl-2.0.pc file.

Should the libraries be used in conjunction (like above) or should individual 
.pc files be provided for each of them?
