[Freeassociation-devel] Python bindings

It applied cleanly except for one hunk for me (perhaps you need a
different -p?)  Anyhow, here's the patch against svn. To apply cd to
libical svn dir and do patch -p0 < <patchfile>.  Let me know how this
goes for you.
