Yes.  

If the C++ bindings are disabled (like it is right now by default) g++
shouldn't be used to link the lib.  

Its a bit tricky to achieve that, maybe me using SID got a solution which
wouldn't do well with older autofoos here.  

maybe its neccessary to change the linking scheme alltogether.
