libertas usb8388 breaks suspend of entire system

Hi,

Commit 66fceb69b72f introduces a bug where a system with libertas
usb8388 can't suspend.

On attempting to suspend, "Suspend attempt without configuring wake
params" is printed, generating an -ENOSYS error code causing the
suspend to fail.
(presumably setting wake params would avoid this, but the entire
system shouldn't stop suspending in the no-wakeup case)

How should we solve this?
