BUG: rmmod remove /sys/kernel/debug/libertas_wireless/eth1/subscribed_events/high_snr

Unfortunately I don't have a fix.

modprobe usb8xxx libertas_debug=1
rmmod usb8xxxx

This takes some time. In dmesg I find the entry

DebugFS rmdir on subscribed_events failed : directory
   not empty.

and really:

   $ ls -lR /sys/kernel/debug/libertas_wireless
   /sys/kernel/debug/libertas_wireless:
   total 0
   drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 0 Feb 16 10:57 eth1/

   /sys/kernel/debug/libertas_wireless/eth1:
   total 0
   drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Feb 16 10:57 subscribed_events/

   /sys/kernel/debug/libertas_wireless/eth1/subscribed_events:
   total 0
   -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Feb 16 10:56 high_snr

Something forgot to get rid of high_snr.

I'm using the git://git.infradead.org/libertas-2.6 with none of
my patches, at commit 81cc56db307bd60a0b8bcd49ffb217e4e5621860.
I've even booted this kernel, maybe there's a bug in 2.6.20-rc1
related to debugfs?
