[LEDE-DEV] Host staging changes breaking packages feed

I also just noticed this problem with the php7 package with libxml2 
enabled. As a workaround I replaced $(STAGING_DIR_HOSTPKG) with 
$(STAGING_DIR)/host in the Makefile.
