[LEDE-DEV] firmware file naming

Is this intentional?

1) country sometimes in the middle (il, cn), most times at the end (us, eu,
AU, NA, WW)
2) country NA vs. us (different name for same thing?)
3) country EU vs. eu (capitals or not?)
4) country north-america vs. NA vs. us
5) country other-regions vs. WW

If this is not intentional: Would it be a good idea, and be it only for
cleanliness sake and having a clear scheme, to commonize placement,
capitalization and naming of countries?
