[LEDE-DEV] Extraneous messages from issue tracker

Hi all -

If you are receiving a message about a task change which was done by me and
don't know what changed - It's due to the work I am doing on issue "tags". I am
removing redundant information and cleaning up the actual tags in use to be
single word items. Tags may now be a list of single words separated by spaces,
commas or semi-colons. If you must use a phrase, separate the 'words' with "_"
or "-".
