Details - Commit 3e36ca4 in master broke mt76 firmware install.  Specifically, the mt76 Makefile looks for CONFIG_TARGET_ramips_mt7628 or CONFIG_TARGET_ramips_mt7688 before installing the firmware files.  To line up with the changes in 3e36ca4, this check needs to be changed to check just for CONFIG_TARGET_ramips_mt76x8.
