Add one more thing.
The LED light on USB WIFI dongle TP-LINK TP-WN726N 1.0 does not flash when insert it into  Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2, but it does flash when inserted into x86_64 PC with Ubuntu 16.04 installed.
