[FS#676] ZBT-WE826 - "reboot" not working

it seems to be, that this is related to wrong image for this kind of ZBT devices, as tested ones are having 32MB flash, and lede version is only prepared to 16MB flash

tested now more in details the current LEDE versions which is only available for 16MB

tested ZBT-826 - 32MB flash
tested ZBT-3526 - 32MB flash

both are having issues with the 16MB lede versions:

.) sometimes: kernel error:

.) reboot/poweroff not working

.) after reboot for a long while (~5-10min extreme high load on:
cmd: mount_root

seems to be, that these errors are really related to the flash size ...
( i will closing the 2 bug reports, as not existing on the ZBT-826 + ZBT-3526 -with 16MB flash

so, an own image for the 32MB flash version would really be needed :)

how can i help to get this working for 32MB versions ?
