[FS#676] ZBT-WE826 - "reboot" not working

tested 1 other router, which had an older trunk version from 20.3, there was the reboot working.
so, i have no clue what it can be related, but i tried to write the logs to a presitent disk, + that on reboot it will be written to another location.
but i haven'T seen anything in logs, exclusive last entry was: "dropbox exiting" (is from startup number on 50)
also tried to disable all services which are not that important .. but still same problem.
this exist and tested on mt7621 and mt7620 (zbt 3526 + zbt 826)
a reboot is really very urgent, as without such kind of feature, noone can use it as a remote router. ANd also wanted to use them on high towers, on which i can'T climb up or can't remove power cable always to reboot.
or i need to buy a reomte GSM power on/off adapter :)

any ideas how to trace more in detail ?
