But I'm doing exactly this. I'm compiling the kmod packagaes right along with everything else and they cannot be installed. They also won't be compiled into the package if I choose "*" rather than "M" in the build system. Is there anything else I need to check, or is build system broken in some way? It used to work just fine in the past. Have you tried to compile this particular module for yourself already? Did work for you?
