this is good solution
ubiattach -m 14
ubirmvol /dev/ubi1 -N squashfs 

sysupgrade now worked and replaces the system
root at lede:~# uname -a
Linux lede 4.4.24 #0 SMP PREEMPT Sun Oct 9 19:13:09 2016 armv7l GNU/Linux
root at lede:~# cat /etc/openwrt_version
r1815
