Alright, thanks. I had considered that, but as it seemed somewhat circuitous it felt wrong to me. It was the @Borromini post that led me down this [[https://forum.lede-project.org/t/if-building-for-2-different-mvebu-devices-one-being-a-mamba/224/1|path]]. I will modify my build accordingly.
