On a remote system from time to time I see something like this:
Jul 22 00:41:36 xx.xx.xx.xx procd: - shutdown -
and a reboot happens.

It might be a good idea, to provide some more info about the reason.
This info should be already at hand, triggering the shutdwon, so why not to log it ?

In general, it is a good idea for any system, to output as much info as possible about failures.
Just to help in failure tracing.
