[PATCH v2] secprof: Move labels out of the end of a compound statement

A label must be followed by a statement in C17 and older. GCC accepts a
label at the end of a block as an extension, but clang rejects it with
"error: expected statement" and the build fails:

  bss.c:1807:2: error: expected statement

Move the no_sp_match and no_valid_sp labels after the closing brace of
the block instead, so that they are followed by the next statement.
